  9.        I have received requests for changing  the printout  style of  the 
  10.        chartwheel in systems having CGA graphics.  My old  method was  to 
  11.        draw  an  elliptical  chartwheel,  thereby  using  standard height 
  12.        numbers,  letters  and characters.   Now, you  have the  option of 
  13.        specifying  a  circular  chartwheel  printout  which  gives double 
  14.        height numbers, letters and  characters.  Options  #28 and  #29 in 
  15.        the file called OPTIONS.FIL allow you  to choose  your preference. 
  16.        This option only affects users who have CGA graphics.

  18.        The file called OPTIONS.FIL contains 2 newly specified options.

  26.        I added time zone data to the chartwheel display.

  28.        For  all  of  you  interested  in  saving your  chartwheel display 
  29.        screens to disk for later retrieval, there is a shareware  program 
  30.        called GRABBER that will allow you to save and rename any graphics 
  31.        chartwheel display screen (or any screen, for that matter) so that 
  32.        you  can  re-display it  any time  by simply  typing the  name you 
  33.        assign it.   I use  this program  frequently and  am a  registered 
  34.        shareware user.  You may write to  the author  Gerald A.   Monroe, 
  35.        1241 Bunts Road, Lakewood,  Ohio 44107  for more  information. The 
  36.        registration price is $20  plus $4  postage and  handling. Several 
  37.        other programs are included beside Grabber.

  43.        I  fixed  a  bug  in the  planetary hour  routine that  caused the 
  44.        program  to  give  incorrect  day  and  hour  rulers   under  some 
  45.        circumstances where time of day was before midnight and local mean 
  46.        time was after midnight or vice-versa.

  52.        I fixed a bug that caused 1.5 chartwheels to be printed instead of

  59.        I have rewritten the planetary routines so that any conflicts with 
  60.        others'  "proprietary"   planetary  routines   no  longer   exist.  
  61.        HORARY.EXE planets' positions are exact within 1 minute (2 minutes 
  62.        for Mars and Saturn, 3 minutes for Pluto and 15  minutes for  True 
  63.        North Node) for all dates 1900 - 2000 (and perhaps beyond).

  65.        You can now "shell" out to DOS from the main menu. When done, type 
  66.        "EXIT", <ENTER> to return to Horary Helper. This option allows you 
  67.        to check, change or  read other  files (including  OPTIONS.FIL) or 
  68.        directories without exiting Horary Helper.

  71.        NOTE: Regarding OPTIONS #24 - #27:

  73.        If  your  screen continually  flashes when  entering data  and the 
  74.        program locks up, then you will know that you have entered invalid 
  75.        data value(s) for options  #24 -   #27 in  your OPTIONS.FIL  file.  
  76.        Please make sure that your values for these options are correct as 
  77.        the program  does limited  error checking  in the  automatic mode.  
  78.        Try a practice chart first to  make sure  that the  data you  want 
  79.        entered automatically is the way you  want it  and in  the correct 
  80.        format.
